  • Once you’ve joined, your profile is reviewed and added to our internal database. When a suitable position or delivery job arises, we’ll reach out directly via email or WhatsApp. You may be asked to confirm availability, provide recent references, or complete a short video interview before being presented to the client.

  • You can update your information anytime by contacting our team directly via connect@theyachthub.com. Keeping your certificates, location, and availability current ensures we can match you quickly when the right opportunity appears.

  • We take time to understand both the owner’s needs and the captain’s experience and personality. We match based on vessel type, operational style, itinerary, and overall fit — not just qualifications. For certain roles, we may request a short recorded video interview or references to ensure a great match before presenting you to the client.

  • We work with a variety of yachts — from 20m privately run vessels to 90m+ charter operations. Roles range from permanent captain placements to freelance deliveries and seasonal command positions. Because we’re captains ourselves, we understand what makes a good position — fair contracts, professional setups, and owners who value experience.
