Description:
An experienced, hands-on Captain is required for a 32m private yacht that runs a light summer charter schedule. The vessel operates with a small, professional crew and a long-standing family ownership. The ideal candidate will have proven command experience on yachts of a similar size, strong engineering knowledge, and a proactive approach to maintenance and crew leadership. Clear communication, calm professionalism, and attention to detail are key. The program offers stable employment with winters in Palma.
