We are seeking a professional and experienced Rotational Captain for a 50m dual-season charter yacht. The vessel runs an active program with a strong reputation and repeat clients. The Captain will lead a crew of 11, manage ISM compliance, budgeting, and guest experience. The role suits a leader with strong communication skills and a steady, positive onboard presence.
